*We are a small operation and only ship orders once a week on Thursdays - the same day we check our Bandcamp orders email. We will reply to you! But please be patient*
Please note: The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from the UK, and on the efficiency of your local postal service.
The ongoing covid pandemic is still affecting delivery times worldwide. Some records we've shipped have taken 6 weeks to arrive to European destinations, so please be patient. From the day your order has been shipped, we please ask you to wait up to 25 days (Europe) or 30 days (Rest of World), before getting in contact regarding your order. This gives us enough time to raise a claim with the post office. Please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship orders using standard airmail and 99% of them reach their destination safely - however occasionally things do go missing.
If you would like your package to be shipped with tracking / registered mail, please message us through Bandcamp when you place your order, including your email address, and we will advise the extra cost.
Its your responsibility to ensure your address in correct and if you supply us with an incorrect address and your package is then returned to us then you will need to pay for it to be shipped to you again - or we can refund you for the item, minus the shipping cost.
Following the doubling in price for sending vinyl to the US via airmail in July 2020 - from £7 to £15 for a single LP - we're exploring various options now to try to keep the shipping price down. We have found a local partner in New York who can manage fulfilment for us so we are going to trial this for the pre-orders of Kiko Dinucci and re-stock of Minyo Cumbiero. Our first shipment to them will be late September 2020 and we will combine all other orders for the US with these pre-orders and then review the situation after this. We hope to be in a position where we can ship all orders for the US to them monthly - but if you are happy to pay the extra to have records shipped via US standard air mail please email us after you place your order and we can advise the extra: email@example.com.

When placing your order please include your CPF. You can add this in the 'Include a message to xxxxxxxx' section which is beneath "Have a gift card? Redeem it here" in the check-out. If you don't include your CPF, we cannot send your record. We send all packages to Brazil via international tracked
